Hockey Cake

Hockey Cake – I made this cake for a kid who loves hockey! One stick was vanilla cake and the other chocolate cake. I covered the sticks in tinted vanilla buttercream and the hockey tape was made by wrapping black licorice around the bottom. The grip tape was created again with black licorice and covered in melted white chocolate. Pucks were covered in fudge icing and sprinkled with black sugar crystals.
