Banjo Cake

This banjo cake was made for a co-worker’s son who loves playing the banjo. I used circular pans as well as a small sheet cake for the arm. I then covered in vanilla and chocolate buttercream. The strings were made with licorice and the silver portion was coloured with an edible food spray (metallic silver)
